Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali is fired up for the team’s semi-final clash with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
Nwabali is a familiar face in South Africa following his sterling displays for Chippa United this season.
The 27-year-old will be up against some familiar foes when Nigeria come up against Hugo Broos’ men at the Stade de la Paix, Bouake on Wednesday night.
“I know them and they know me. It will be an interesting evening in Bouake,” he was quoted by thenff.com as saying.
Nwabali has conceded once in five games in Cote d’Ivoire.
Nigeria has won seven of the previous 14 matches, with five of those matches drawn and two won by South Africa.
