The national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ejezie Emeka Rollas, has announced the burial date of the late Nollywood actor, Don Brymo Uchegbu.
Recall that the movie star died in his sleep in June 2023 after he collapsed at a movie set and was rushed to the hospital.
Naija news that Emeka Rollas, in a post via his Instagram page, shared a flier of the details of Don Brymo’s burial rites.
The actor’s wake keep was held on Sunday, August 20, by his family in Anambra State, and he will be buried on Friday, August 25.
Emeka Rollas mourned his colleague as he wrote: “May you rest on Don Brymo. RIP @actorsguildofnigeria @agn.tv”

In other news, controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has mocked Nigerian comedian, Julius Agwu, over his statement ascribing the failure of his marriage to his ex-wife, Ibiere Maclayton, to his lack of consultation with God.
Naija News reports that the stand-up comedian, in an interview with Punch, opened up on the challenges that led to their marriage crash and struggle with a brain tumour.
According to him, any marriage without God’s direction will not last, stressing he didn’t consult God before his marriage to Ibiere.
Julius Agwu explained that his ex-wife was attracted to his money, but when he encountered health issues in the marriage, she chose to leave.
Reacting to the statement via his Instagram on Monday, Uche said it was unfair of the comedian to attribute the failure of his marriage to a lack of divine consultation.
According to the Anambra-born actor, consulting God does not make a marriage last, but the mutual effort of the couple does.
