Talented Nigerian singer and former signee of Marvin’s record, Di’ja Yaro has finally broken her silence on her unexpected exit from Don Jazzy’s renowned music label.

Di’Ja candidly revealed the reasons behind her departure, offering insight into her personal journey and growth that ultimately led her to part ways with Mavin Records prematurely.

A fan had asked why Di’Ja left Don Jazzy’s record label, suggesting she could have achieved even greater fame than Tems.

In response Di’Ja said:

“I never left. Kindly know this. Life happens, and we are grateful for all the love and happenings”.

In addition to clarifying that she had not quit Mavins Records, Di’Ja restated her support for Tems.

God bless Tems, and I need her to get bigger.” she added

Di’Ja signed with Mavins Records in February 2014 and made her debut with the single “Yaro.” During her stint with the label, she collaborated with other Mavins singers on popular songs like “Dorobucci,” “Adaobi,” “Looku Looku,” and “Arise.”
