El-Kanemi Warriors head coach, Aliyu Zubairu, has bagged an award of excellence in Borno State.
The award was presented to the experienced tactician by the former Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai.
Zubairu was recognised following his immense contribution to the game in the state.
The former Gombe United head coach is currently in charge of El-Kanemi Warriors.
The Borno Army finished second in the first round of the season.
El-Kanemi Warriors will return to action against EFCC FC when the second round resumes next month.
