Jon Rahm’s Spanish roots will take centre-stage on the menu for the 2024 Masters Champions Dinner.
The 29-year-old saw off the challenge from fellow LIV Golf rebel Brooks Koepka to claim his first victory in the prestigious tournament last year.
As is tradition, last year’s winner Rahm will don his green jacket and put on a slap up dinner for his fellow champions.
It’s an occasion steeped in golfing history, with some of the sport’s greatest coming together for a meal on the eve of the tournament.
And Rahm’s menu has now been released as we gear up to this year’s edition.
The past champions will first be served with a selection of tapas dishes including Spanish omelette, Mama Rahm’s lentil stew and Basque chorizo.
The first course will be Basque crab salad served with potatoes, with the Spanish theme unsurprisingly in full flow.
There will then be a choice of main courses – Basque ribeye with lettuce and peppers, or turbot served with asparagus.
A puff pastry cake with custard and Chantilly cram will signal a sweet end to the dinner on the Tuesday evening before the proper action gets underway on Thursday.

Some of those in attendance at the Champions Dinner include five-time Masters winner Tiger Woods, recent Players champion Scottie Scheffler and Rahm’s Spanish compatriot Sergio Garcia.
Rahm’s fellow LIV Golfers Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed and Bubba Watson are also past winners and will be at the 2024 Masters too as is also tradition.
Action will commence on Thursday, April 11 at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.
Rahm will be one of the favourites to go all the way again this year and will hope his Champions dinner can inspire him to a second green jacket.
