The entertainer opened up on how weak she was due to the fact that she decided to visit the gym; a lifestyle that appears completely alien to her system.
She disclosed how she has been battling leg and body pains ever since she embarked on the tough and rigorous exercises at the gym.
Lizzy Gold added that she was famished but couldn’t even stand to prepare or get what to eat owing to the excruciating pain.
However, the script interpreter affirmed that she wasn’t going to back off.

In another report, Lizzy Gold shared a video of the moment she linked up with the veteran movie star, Charles Awurum which triggered side talks from netizens.
In the clip, the actress expressed excitement as she welcomed Charles Awurum for a movie project, marvelling over his ageless looks.
Captioning the video, she wrote:
“I was so happy to welcome @charlesndawurum to my production … I have always been a fan of him and his works….Uncle Charles is still very young ooo ..my first time seeing him in person and am glad it’s in my production..”
However, while hugging Charles Awurum, a netizen spotted a black spot under the armpit area of the actress and erroneously assumed it was a tear.
“Am i the honly one that is seeing the passage under the harm pit,” the Tiktoker wrote.
Replying to the user, Lizzy Gold averred that it was a design and not a hole.
“That’s a black design not a passage lolz”
