Christopher Danjuma, coach of the national U-20 women’s team, has expressed confidence in his team’s readiness to defend their title at the African Games.

“We take competitions as they come, we plan, because immediately you qualify from the group stage it’s straight to the Semifinal.
And Nigeria is the defending champion,” stated Danjuma.
