Lazarus was sent off in the Pride of Benue’s mid-week clash with Sunshine Stars in Akure.
The former Golden Eaglets player remain one of the standout performers for Lobi Stars this season.
Meanwhile, the trio of Ahmadu Liman, Moses Tsehuan and Alao Danbani are available for selection for the crunch tie.
The trio are making a return after being sidelined with injury.
Lobi Stars will host Katsina United at the Lafia City Stadium on Sunday.
The Eugene Agagbe-led side will be hoping to reclaim their position at the top of the summit.
