In a significant move to uphold his commitment to revitalizing the sports sector in Plateau State, Governor Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has given the green light to immediately purchase a 30-seater coaster bus for Jos-based NNL side, Mighty Jets International FC.
The General Manager of the club, Ferdinand Mbum, expressed gratitude to the Governor for recognizing the pressing need for enhanced mobility and logistics for the football club.

Mbum, with over thirteen years of experience with Mighty Jets, highlighted the challenges faced by the club and emphasized the importance of addressing these issues for the overall well-being of players and staff. He affirmed his commitment to implementing positive changes within the club.
The arrival of the brand-new coaster bus marks a significant milestone for Mighty Jets, and Mbum commended Governor Caleb Mutfwang for his swift and empathetic response to the club’s request. He described the Governor as a promise keeper, a youth enthusiast, and a lover of sports.
Expressing his emotions about the Governor’s supportive stance, Mbum stated, “While I was literally emotional at how he responded to our request for the purchase of this bus, I wasn’t surprised at all.”
The General Manager pledged to ensure optimal use of the new vehicle, further enhancing the operational efficiency and overall performance of Mighty Jets International FC.
As the lone representative of Plateau State in the 2023/2024 NNL season, the team stands poised for success with improved mobility and the unwavering support of the State Government.
