A host of Premier League managers, and two players, have been turned into WWE-style action figures as part of the latest trend with the wonderful tool that is AI.
The collection, which have been created by Soccer Slammers, shows off a handful of coaches both past and present that have been re-envisioned in the form of wrestlers.
Each wrestler has their own unique details – with aspects such as nicknames, special moves, gimmicks, styles and catchphrase all being included for each figure.
The only current manager to be included is Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson, who’s wrestler nickname, supposedly, is ‘Woy / The Owl’.
The Eagles boss’ figurine, in a picture posted on Instagram, is draped in a feathery cape – clearly alluding to his owl title.

Neil ‘The Gaffer’ Warnock was another of the former managers to be made into a figurine
In a caption on the post, it’s claimed that Hodgson’s ‘special move’ is called Icelandic Shock – which is a reference to England’s humiliating Euro 2016 defeat to Iceland.
Apparently, it’s ‘a move that involves Hodgson pretending to be stunned and helpless, then suddenly striking his opponent with a surprise attack.’
As well as Hodgson, former managers such as Harry Redknapp, Neil Warnock and Sam Allardyce have all been turned into wrestling figurines.
For Redknapp, his nickname is ‘The Wheeler Dealer’ and his special move is simply ‘The Transfer Window’.
Warnock, who recently retired following his stint at Huddersfield Town, is nicknamed ‘The Gaffer’ and has a special move called ‘The Rant’
Supposedly, it’s ‘a verbal tirade against the opponent, the referee, or anyone else who gets in his way, often accompanied by gestures and facial expressions.’
They also added a catchphrase for the 74-year-old, which read: ‘You’re a disgrace! You don’t know what you’re doing! I’ll tell you the truth, you’re rubbish!”https://www.dailymail.co.uk/”You’ve gotta f****** die to get 3 points!’
‘Big Sam’ Allardyce’s figurine included a ‘pint of wine’, according to Soccer Slammers
Elsewhere, Sam Allardyce – or ‘Big Sam’ – was handed an ingenious special move aptly called ‘Big Slam’.
His ‘accessory’ is a ‘pint of white wine – A drink that Sam enjoys and uses to celebrate his victories or drown his sorrows’.
It’s clear that reference is being made to the newspaper sting and covert recordings which cost him the England job back in 2016, where Allardyce met with undercover reporters at a bar and was pictured with a glass of wine.
Meanwhile Steve Bruce, who has managed 12 clubs in his career after leaving West Bromwich Albion in February last year, is nicknamed ‘The Bruiser’ and was handed the a special move called ‘The Sack Attack’.
While this is likely a reference to his dismissals from clubs in his career, the description reads: ‘Attacking the opponent from behind, putting a sack over their head, and then hitting them with a low blow.’
Fulham winger Adama Traore is the only current player to be included in the AI mock-ups
Fulham winger Adam Traore is the only currently player to be included in the AI collection and it’s clear to see why, given his figurine’s impressive physique.
The Spanish forward has built a reputation for his muscular build and that was clearly reflected in his WWE-style action figure.
According to Soccer Slammers, Traore’s ‘accessory’ is baby oil – something Traore has previously revealed that he applies to his arms and legs before and during the match, to make himself ‘slippery and hard to catch’.
Unfortunately for fans, none of these models are currently available in physical form and can only be admired via posts online.
