Super Eagles want to continue the AFCON form – Iwobi

The Super Eagles are back in training ahead of the clash with arch rivals Ghana at the Grande Stade de Marrakech this Friday.

Ghana stopped Nigeria from reaching the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, with Otto Addo debuting as head coach of the Black Stars.

He also explained that it is essential to get a win against Addo’s men, and that the team is ready to give their all.

“It’s a game against one of our rivals, a nation that is close to us, so we will give our hundred per cent and try to get a good result,” Alex told the team’s Media Channel.

The Super Eagles are also scheduled to take on the Eagles of Mali at the same venue on Tuesday.
