U20 AFCON: Dejected Tunisia Coach Sellimi aims for Win Against Nigeria

Tunisia Coach Adel Sellimi says he expects his team to be ready for the bronze medal match up with Nigeria.

The North Africans lost 3-0 in their U20 AFCON semi-final match to Senegal in Ismailia on Monday.

Pape Demba Diop fired the Young Lions in front with a superb drive from distance, before Lamine Camara scored in either half to secure their place in Saturday’s final.

“We must congratulate Senegal for winning the match because they were more prepared for the match,” Sellimi said.

“We made too many mistakes which they took advantage of and scored their goals.

“The manner in which we conceded the goals discourages the players, but we’ll come back for the next match.

“It will be another difficult match against Nigeria, but we are determined to finish the tournament well,” He concluded.
