Coach Randy Waldrum has stated that he is pleased with the performance of his players ahead of the team’s participation at the upcoming FIFA women’s world cup in Australia and New Zealand less than a week to the world cup after ending the team’s Gold coast camping with a victory against Australian side Lions FC 8-1.
Waldrum speaking in a chat gathered by www.brila.net said he is satisfied with the team’s showing and believes they are ready to go ahead of the fast approaching FIFA women’s world cup which starts coming weekend where Nigeria will get her campaign underway against Canada.
