Controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has explained to his fans and followers why blocking on social media is very important.
Taking to his Instagram page, the movie star, who has been involved in marriage scandal for more than two years, admitted that he finds it cute to block people.
According to the Yul Edochie, he is not required to be friends on social media with people he has blocked in real life. However, he can still be friends with them in person.
He went on to say that if someone posts something that doesn’t fit with his spirit, he blocks them right away and doesn’t mind if they block him in return.
The 42-year-old filmmaker went on to say that forgetting someone exists is one of the best things about blocking them.
In his words: “Blocking dey sweet oo. We can be friends in real life, doesn’t mean we must be friends on social media. Once your posts no dey align with my spirit, I block you immediately. Block me too, don’t waste time.
And the sweet thing about blocking, once you block someone you won’t remember that person exists anymore. I love it. Block someone today. Thank me later.”
