Wizkid keeps it simple as he releases the official music video to his latest hit single ‘Diamonds.’ The single is off his 4-track record-breaking EP ‘S2.’
The music video directed by Director K, the multi-award-winning producer behind Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ video and Burna Boy’s ‘Common Person’ visuals shot the music star in his element as he pranced around the set, speaking on his struggles.
Diamond’s visuals are coming just four days after the release of IDK’s music video, which featured Zlatan. The music video has currently amassed over 1.3 million streams and is one of the most streamed songs off the EP across digital streaming platforms.
Following the release of his latest EP, ‘S2’ on December 21, 2023, the project went on to shatter records, as it currently holds the record for the highest-streamed Nigerian EP in its debut week, with over 5.8 million streams on Spotify only.
‘S2’ marks Wizkid’s return after a year since his hit album ‘More Love, Less Ego’.
